- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Stay Away!! I am a customer at their Estero facility as was told they do primary care and signed up for the service, but when i went to see a doctor i was told they don't offer this. In addition, I used to be billed for office visits, then i was told i had to pay on the spot, now i'm being told i had to pay in advance before ever seeing a doctor. I called the CEO, Rob McGann, to express my disappointment and he did nothing but argue with me and blame Obamacare. Very disappointing. This guy is a real jerk and has no sense of customer service. This place is for you if you want poor customer service, pushy billing system, and a combative owner.January 24, 2017by George Burney
