  Staff is pretty friendly, unfortunately my experience with the Dr has not been very pleasant my son has suffered from ear infections since birth. I asked her why is he getting so many in such short period of time (he is 18months) her answer was "he has only gotten 3 that's not too bad" which he has had more than 3 infections in his lifetime so they must not have there information correctly and on top of that the infections would happen in the same month! all she does is prescribe antibiotics. In case no one knew this your body becomes immune to them so of course it would not treat the problem! you would think if a child is having 2 or more infection in less in a month something must not be right and to mention his older brother has had the same issue. we went for a follow up and she said oh he still has a little fluid but it will be fine when we came home my child was not fine as a mother you know there is something wrong we took him back and my fiancee had to demand her to refer us to a specialist so he can get tubes, why should we have to tell the doctor what to do? point is we took him to the specialist and both of his ears were horribly filled with puss in the doctors words they were horrible he does not understand why hid DR. would let it get to such an extent. as also with his older brother I understand everyone makes mistakes and learns new things but 2 mistakes with the same family that's just not right i see it as pure negligence and laziness to not try and figure out the real issue. I do not recommend this doctor at all! she can probably cure a cold but further than that i don't think shes very in tune with her job shes just there because she gets paid. Now that my child has the tubes he is perfectly fine eating right and back to his normal self! My son will definitely not be back to this facility.
