- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could, I'd give them zero stars. The care my daughter received here while on vacation was horrible, as was the billing and "customer service." She was originally diagnosed with a UTI. She was prescribed a medicine that was extremely difficult to find at any pharmacy and - as we found out - totally inappropriate for a child. It made her sick. After we spent hours repeatedly calling back for the final results (while being treated very poorly) we finally were told it wasn't a uti and she would send us to their urologist. By then we were home. It took days for them to send the results to our doctor and when she got them it actually ways a uti and she put her on an appropriate medicine. Beyond that, they billed us as a PCP visit instead of urgent care even though they advertised as urgent care online - which has caused an issue with insurance coverage - and they confirmed it's urgent care when I called before going. When I called after l noticed the bill and spoke to insurance, they said that's just "their practice." Then they stopped returning my calls. Horrible!September 29, 2017by Lisa Howe
