- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Moved here from Ohio was very pleased with Dr Lam but over the last year her receptionist made me change drs. She does not only not answer the phone for days but does not return calls. I ordered diabetic shoes in Oct 16 and after several calls and a visit they were the wrong shoes. I still do not have new shoes. I called over a week ago because my portal says I have a $ 300 credit and she again has not returned my call. Now Dr Lam is going to work in the hospital and Dr. Crist was working for her he was nice but I stayed because of Dr. Lam since she is gone I don't need to put up with her incompetent receptionist.August 24, 2017by Linda Byrne
