  This place has always rocked, this place has always been a really pet friendly atmosphere I've always been able to get accurate information when I go there for the most part. It wouldn't hurt if they would make their staff do some classes on medical issues like pet shampoos skin ointments things like that. I always find it useful if someone in customer service can give me truthful and accurate information on my questions. But as far as being there being open and making themselves available to their customers they definitely do and they are seen from the road you can't miss the store. I'm grateful that they are less than two blocks from my house.

  The staff is all very helpful, they're easy to talk to and willing to help. Great first impression and now where I intend to purchase all of my future live food. 10/10 "Pinheads".
